Viiking Spa Hotel also offers apartment type acommodation in Pärnu. One apartment is located at Sadama 4 and seven apartments at Ringi 60.
The two private and comfortable 2-room suites are located in Viking Spa Hotel, with private access at the intersection of Ringi and Sadama streets.
Air-conditioned apartments with a parking space at Ringi 60
The apartments are located close to the river Pärnu and Yacht Club, just a few minute walk from the centre of Pärnu and the beach. Price per night is up to 4 people. The apartments are located at Ringi 60, 200 m from Viiking Spa Hotel main building.
Air-conditioned apartments are located at a building that was completed in 2019 and consist of two rooms: open-plan living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (total 40 m2).
The apartments have a balcony / terrace and a free parking place.
Breakfast can be added on request and is served in the hotel’s main building at a discounted price of €10 per person.
Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional fee of €20 per pet per night applies.

Sadama 4 apartment
The apartment is situated next to the historic moat just a few minute walk from the centre of Pärnu and the beach. The apartment is located at Sadama 4, 100 m from Viiking Spa Hotel main building.
The apartment is located in a building that was completed in 2005 and consists of two rooms: open-plan living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (total 51 m2). The apartment has a free parking place.
Breakfast can be added on request and is served in the hotel’s main building at a discounted price of €10 per person.
Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional fee of €20 per pet per night applies.

Private suites
Two comfortable 2-room private suites are located in Viiking Spa Hotel, with a separate entrance at the corner of Ringi and Sadama streets, just a short walk from Pärnu city center and the beach. The suite is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Both private suites feature a terrace.
Breakfast can be added on request and is served in the hotel’s main building at a discounted price of €10 per person.
Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional fee of €20 per pet per night applies.

Pricing conditions for apartments and private suites:
- VAT is included in the price. Price per night applies to up to 4 adults and 2 children (aged up to 11).
- The apartment price includes morning swimming in Viiking Spa Hotel C-building (more information about the opening times) and use of the water and sauna center Viiking Saaga during the opening hours (more information about the water center and maintenance days on the sauna center page)
- Check-in on the day of arrival at the hotel’s main building at Sadama Str 15, between 15:00 and 22:00. The room must be released no later than 12:00 on the day of departure. In case of a late arrival (later than 19:00), please inform the hotel.
